1 DON’T SLEEP WITH WATCH
Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

2 DON’T SLEEP WITH BRA
Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast
cancer. So go to bed without it.

3 DON’T SLEEP WITH PHONE
Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.

4 DON’T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the
skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time
to go into deep sleep.

You may never wake up again.

My Hot Girlfriend’s Sister

I was a very happy man. My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married. There was only one little thing bothering me… It was her beautiful younger sister. My prospective sister-in-law was twenty-two, wore very tight miniskirts, and generally was bra-less. She would regularly bend down when she was
near me, and I always got more than a nice view.. It had to be deliberate. Because she never did it when she was near anyone else.

One day her ‘little’ sister called and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived, and she whispered to me that she had feelings and desires for me that she couldn’t overcome. She told me that she wanted me just once before I got married and committed my life to her sister. Well, I was in total shock, and couldn’t say a word.

She said, ‘I’m going upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want one last wild fling, just come up and get me.’ I
was stunned and frozen in shock as I watched her go up the stairs. I stood there for a moment, then turned and made a beeline straight to the front door. I opened the door, and headed straight towards my car. Low and behold, my entire future family was standing outside, all clapping!

 

With tears in his eyes, my father-in-law hugged me and said, ‘We are very happy that you have passed our little test. We couldn’t ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family.’

And the moral of this story is: Always
keep your condoms in your car.

Lovey ideas for V-day

  • Do something with him that he wouldn’t expect you to do. Tickets to a sporting event or plan a fishing trip.
  • Leave a “Post-It” notes with special message hidden all over the house for your lover to find when he least expects it.
  • Make your own card to present it to him. This will have much more impact as it will be coming straight from your heart and therefore will go straight to his heart.
  • Find a full picture of you or design a special love message and arrange to have put it on a T-shirt, pillowcases or bed sheets, etc.
  • Make a copy of a photograph of both of you together, put it in a special frame and write the words, “I love you more than yesterday”, and sign your name.
  • Cut out lots of hearts on colored construction paper, write down reasons you love your sweetheart on each heart and put it in a box. Present the box to him, he’ll sure be the happiest men on earth.
  • Write a love letter out of a candy bar titles. Hurmm, yummy..
  • Surprise your sweetheart when he least expects it. Show up at work, on their lunch-break, etc., just to give him a rose, a kiss, a hug or a special card and tell him you love him.
  • Make a colorful banner on your computer with hearts and cupids along with a special messages that expresses your love and put it on his front door, so it’s the first thing your partner sees when he comes home.
  • Create a special website for your sweetheart. Fill it with hearts, poems, “I Love you” messages, pictures, etc.

    Soya Noodles

    Wheat Flour, Water and Soya Protein.

    Descriptions:

    It is a delightful homemade meal. This product manufactured in several types of packing. There are two of ways to prepare this product either in dry cooking and soup cooking. The folllowing are cooking direction:

    • Kasava Soya Noodles (Soup cooking) Loosen Kasava Soya Noodles into boiling water for 1 minute. Then add ingredients of your choice.
    • Kasava Soya Noodles (Dried cooking) Loosen Kasava soya Noodles into deep fry with cooking oil for 1 minute. Drain oil, add ingredients of your choice. Ready to serve.
